The speedy professional coffee machine
The high-performance GIGA X8 Professional with its elegant finish comes with a unique speed function, allowing it to prepare perfect coffee in record time. The optimally extracted coffee is mixed with hot water inside the machine by means of an extra bypass. Absolutely no flavour is lost during the process. When coffee is over extracted, the finished product will contain a higher proportion of unpleasant acidic and bitter components. The speed function and time-saving, intuitive operation make the GIGA X8 Professional ideal for use in catering. A large water tank and coffee grounds container allow for flexible and mobile use.

The new GIGA X3 Professional offers everything needed by staff in a large office or staff room. It delivers up to 31 individually programmable speciality coffees and another 12 barista recipes at the touch of a button, including the en-vogue flat white. As well as offering simple operation, it takes minimum effort to refill thanks to the large bean container with a holding capacity of 1 kg and aroma preservation cover. Other features include an optional coffee grounds disposal function and drip drain set. Integrated rinsing and cleaning operations started at the touch of a button minimise the amount of work needed to maintain the machine on a daily basis. It’s sure to go down a treat with your staff. The purest quality espresso
First, the beans are freshly ground to the ideal fineness by the new six-level AromaG3 grinder, which works quickly but gently to preserve the full aroma. The variable brewing unit, which holds between 5 g and 16 g, electronically adjusts the pressure to the chosen amount of ground coffee. Before the brewing process begins, the coffee is moistened by the Intelligent Pre- Brew Aroma System (I.P.B.A.S.©). This causes the pores to swell up and start to release the aroma. Next, the Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.©) developed by JURA ensures the optimum extraction time by pulsing the hot water through the ground coffee at the optimum frequency for the amount of water. That’s why the E8 prepares these beverages to the high standard you would expect in a coffee bar. The six-level AromaG3 grinder ensures that the coffee is optimally ground. It always grinds the beans fresh, quickly yet gently to preserve the aroma. The variable brewing unit has a capacity of 5 to 16 grams and ensures the ideal brewing conditions at all times.
The Pulse Extraction Process (P.E.P.©) developed by JURA optimises the extraction time. To make a ristretto or espresso, it forces the hot water through the ground coffee at short intervals.
